HC Property Net was founded in July 2015. Helen Church, the Managing Director, has worked with residential property lettings since 1996. Starting as a lettings negotiator and leading to office manager she has progressed to setting up HC Property Net.
She believes that every landlord and tenant is a client and should be treated with respect. Helen's team consistently strive to ensure that communication is key throughout the tenancy process, from start to finish. This alleviates challenges during a tenancy, particularly due to parties being aware of what is happening at all times. Whilst there are various management levels available for landlords, the team also specialises in self manage landlords. We are available for assistance as required, per our fixed fees.

Kat Kristensen
Kat Kristensen with over 25 years experience in Residential lettings and property manager. Kat works closely alongside Helen as the Office Property Manager dealing with the day to day running of the office including legal obligations such as the electrical condition reports, gas safety certificates and the tenancy renewal process. Kat is vastly experienced in customer relations and communication including dealing with any residential situations which arise.
Simon Church
Simon Church owns and runs Town Repairs & Maintenance which is a Property Maintenance company. Simon has been in the trade for over 15 years and works for many local agents, landlords and private homes. Simon has become Helen’s assistant and is able to provide independent inspection reports and advice on maintenance which is required on properties. Simon completes Helen’s legionnaire risk assessment reports and other site required services which enables Helen to receive professional updates which allows Helen to concentrate on managing your property at all times.
Amber Church
Amber is our youngest recruit. Amber is working with HC Property Net (Wokingham) Ltd two afternoons a week after school to learn the business and administration side of the business. Amber is a keen actress with a great singing talent to keep us all amused in the office
